Understanding the laboratory processes and requirements, and recommend a suitable LIMS software based on the needs of the laboratory.
Customizing the LIMS software to meet their specific requirements, including data fields, workflows, and reporting needs.
Installation and customization of a Laboratory Information Management System software in a laboratory or a research facility.
Training to the laboratory staff on how to use the LIMS software, including data entry, report generation, and maintenance of the LIMS database.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of the LIMS software to ensure its continued functionality and effectiveness.
Data migration from an existing LIMS or other laboratory software to the new LIMS software, as well as integration with other laboratory software or equipment.
Provide validation and compliance services to ensure that the LIMS software meets regulatory requirements, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
